I just bought FPU through Dave Ramsey's online store. When I received the confirmation email I realized that I had forgotten my apartment number. (Duh!) I called The Lampo Group to see if they could fix it. I spoke with three different people and all three were incredibly nice.
After a weekend of dealing with the worst customer service in the history of bad customer service (Target) it was really nice to deal with nice, sane people who obviously enjoy their jobs... or at least don't hate them.
